Registration Fees

Authors must register by April 17, 2015.

The endorsed Registration form and, if is applicable, a copy of the Payment Proof must be uploaded as separate PDF files to the OpenConf System.

The participants may benefit of reduced conference fees before April 17, 2015.

Registration fees:

300 RON (or 67 EUR) before April 17, 2015,
350 RON (or 77 EUR) after April 17, 2015.

Registration fee for students*:

200 RON (or 47 EUR) before April 17, 2015,
250 RON (or 57 EUR) after April 17, 2015. 
* Students must provide evidence, properly signed and sealed of their affiliation

The rates include: access to all the scientific programs, proceedings on CD-ROM, the volume of (extended) abstracts, and coffee breaks.

IEEE members have to pay a reduced fee by 50 RON (or, equivalent, 12 EUR).

Each registered participant may not present more than two papers, in either poster or oral presentation sessions.

Each additional copy of the Symposium Proceedings: 50 RON (or, equivalent, 12 EUR).

Please attach a copy of the payment proof to your Registration Form or send it to the ATEE 2015 International Conference Treasurer (atee@upb.ro).

Upon request, the ATEE Administrative Office may provide an Invoice, which may be drawn either per person or per institutional entity. Depending on the option, you have to provide the following information via email:

• personal: (1) Paper ID; (2) Family name and First name; (3) Personal numerical code (CNP); (4) Identification document (either Card of Identity or Passport) details.
• institutional entity: (1) Paper ID; (2) Entity's name; (3) Unique identification code (CUI); (4) Delegate's name; (5) Delegate's Identification Document (either Card of Identity or Passport) details.

 

On site Payment

The fee may be paid by cash only in RON currency at Conference Desk, altogether with attendees Registration.
The IEEE members should have with them their IEEE membership number.
